New Building

The renovation program currently underway at our recently acquired premises is proceeding rapidly. The first completed floor of bedrooms has already been occupied much to the delight of the בחורים of 'שיעור א. No effort or expense was spared in ensuring a practical, long-lasting and aesthetic design and finish. The remaining three floors of the dormitory block are well on the way and scheduled for completion within a few months, בע"ה.

Plans for the main Yeshiva floor, incorporating a large בית המדרש, dining and kitchen facilities, multiple שיעור rooms and an אוצר הספרים, have been submitted to the local authority for approval. We look forward to בסייעתא דשמיא completing all phases of this project in a most beautiful way להגדיל תורה והאדירה.

Beis Hamedrash
The proposed בית המדרש will seat up to 300 people. It’s estimated cost is £360,000.

Shiur Rooms
There are 6 שיעור rooms which will בעזהש"י suffice for current  and future needs. There is also an אוצר ספרים and 3 one-to-one rooms adjacent to the בית המדרש. The cost for this part of the project is estimated at £450,000.​

Entrance / Foyer
The Building's main entrance and spacious lobby is estimated to cost £180,000

Bedrooms
The bedroom floors comprising 11 bedrooms with a total capacity of 42 beds [per floor]. The cost per floor is £200,000. 

Dining Room
The proposed dining room will seat up to 200 people. Its estimated cost is £72,000

Kitchen
The proposed kitchens will be outfitted with state-of-the-art commercial catering equipment. Its estimated cost of each kitchen is £72,000.​
